Do Not Press The Reset Button On Your Router - Your router has been specially configured by our team to work with your internet connection, if it is reset, it will not work again.
If you are still having problems with a connection please drop us an email or call with the following information
When did this start?
No internet or slow?
Is your connection intermittent?
Problems on all devices or only one?
Does the router have power and which lights are currently lit up, red or blinking?
Sending pictures of your router and setup always helps us speed up the process of finding you a solution.
Unfortunately broadband connections can occasionally experience a fault that may require an Openreach engineer appointment to rectify the issue, we can arrange these on weekdays.
Whilst you are experiencing downtime, we suggest using your smartphone to create a hotspot, this will share your mobile data as a personal Wi-Fi that you can connect to with other devices.
